From the initial phone call to Carpet Court Penrith everything went smoothly. Very good communications, good suggestions for carpet on a budget,npeople turned up right on time and a very neat ( and quick ! ) job.nWell done.

Purchased wool carpet to be cut down to a rug and bound . When I went to pick up the rug the binding was defective and had to be corrected. Rug was delivered and measurements are 10 mil off from 1 end to the other .. when I complained about the discrepancy in size, below was the response I received..nn“Unfortunately textiles are not an exact science and can shrink and expand, that is you could measure it on one day to the next and it could measure differently. This 10mm is within tolerance due to the nature of textiles.”nnThis should have been explained to set the expectation that I could receive a crooked rug .. end to end experience not pleasant. Would not buy from here again,

I used their service about a year ago first.nI was very happy with their service, both during the selection and with installation. So much so that I went back for them to do another room.nHighly recommend.

We were extremely happy with the advice and service provided by Susie who was so helpful in suggesting carpet for us. She tried her hardest to locate the carpet we wanted but because of COVID we had to wait for the carpet to arrive. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t have the carpet straight away but so happy Susie persuaded me to wait for what I wanted. We love our new wool carpet which complements our home perfectly.
