I love going to this shop they have everything you need for cakes and cookies from spinkles to packaging. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable in the art of baking.

Lovely and helpful service. Called to enquire about a rolling pin guide, and then called again to check if I could bring in my rolling pin to check and received the most friendly service both times on the phone and then in person at the storefront. So much that I bought more than I had come in for. I’m definitely going back again!

I have recently bought a bunch of stuff online from Cake Bake Decorate as I'm based in Melbourne and during lock down was very hard to get what I wanted from local shops. The scraper I received was damaged and I'm not sure it was a faulty item or during shipping it got damaged. I contacted them by email and explained the situation and they sent me the new one. I know it's not their fault if was damaged in shipping but it was very nice of them to send me a new one. Very very happy with their customer service and will definitely buy from them again.
