Terrible experience with the sale and the way they quote the job. On the first quote, the sale just give us the quote for the unit price and require us to pay deposit to lock the date to install. Then they come to the property to do the actual measurement, which ends up with nearly 50% more floor area than other company's quote( we find other 3 floor and carpet company to provide the quote for the same area).nnWhen we decide not to go with the final quote for the whole job, they refused to refund the deposit for the first quote, which is just the quote for the unit price.nnThe sale also refuse to allow us to reach out to the store manager to resolve the issue. Basically what you can contact is either the sale or the store's landline. As the sale suggested, the only way to resolve any dispute/ issue with them is via fairtrading.nnThink twice before making any deal or pay deposit.
