We are delighted with our bathroom renovations. John and his team did a great job on two en-suites and a powder room. They looked after the apartment very well throughout the job. John is an honest, decent, professional contractor. He is a great communicator with prompt replies to text, email, and calls. He obviously genuinely cares about his clients. Nothing is too much of an effort and he always came up with solutions. It’s a refreshing change to deal with John as a contractor and we would use him again. Very happy to recommend.

Tilestone by Vivid exceeded our expectatations for our bathroom renovation. John obviously cares about his workmanship and has a lot of experience. This was reflected in the end product.nnHe was able to source all the products we wanted in brushed nickel. Visiting his shop to see the products and select tiles made things hassle free and avoided us having to shop around suppliers and procure fittings and tiles ourselves.nnJohn is a great communicator and he was always responsive throughout the job. He kept us updated and was always contactable when we had questions. The apartment was left spotless after the strip-out (we were warned there would be some dust).nnWe had to delay works after the strip-out due to a leaking bathroom next door but this was not a problem for John and his team - he liaised with the building manager and rescheduled works to meet everyone's requirements.nnI'd highly recommend John and his team if you want a high-quality and hassle-free renovation for a competitive price.

John and his team did such a great job with our kitchen, I couldn’t recommend him enough. The finished product is amazing.nJohn was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process very stress free. During the quote stage he gave us some ideas on how to best maximise space and keep costs within our budget and he was also able to design a layout based on what we wanted. We were able to go into his showroom to select tiles, the bench top and the cabinets which made the decisions easier and I totally trusted his opinion on what would look best. During the actual installation, he would keep us updated with the progress and sort out any issues that came up. Thanks John!

We are very happy that we hired this company to renovate our bathroom. Before making the decision to hire them, I have spoken to many many bathroom renovation companies and they all seemed be in a rush to close the deal without even understanding our requirements. The frustration just kept building up until we met John from Tilestone by Vivid. John is incredible. He took his time to understand our requirements and explained the whole process to us. Straight away we knew this guy was the right person to look after our bathroom. After about 5 weeks, we saw a fully renovated and beautiful bathroom! It’s been a great experience working with John and his team. During the process, they have been easy to work with. They are professional and patient. And I highly recommend this company to others!
