Working with Siobhan was brilliant. I needed support to make the renovation happen and Siobhan was perfect. I moved out when the job started and could only visit once during the work and I love everything that has been done. My house is transformed from a cramped old semi to a modern open plan masterpiece. Communication was constant and easy. I was kept informed and included in all decisions via text, email and video calls. Siobhan's project management skills meant that there were no delays and all trades were managed well. Siobhan truly is the Perfect Plan!

Siobhan was strongly recommended by a friend for our conversion of dining room (which was too small for dining) into a family office. When she first came over we spent most of the time talking about the house vision, and came up with some absolutely awesome ideas. She had to come back as we ran out of time, but we then devised a great outline of what the conversion could be. Over the next 4 weeks we rapidly moved from design, to planning, to implementation with a result even better than I hoped for. Siobhan is easy to work with, highly creative and customer centred. Combined with her (awesome) team of merry men delivered a fantastic result for a reasonable price. Thank you Siobhan

Siobhan and Perfect Plan developed and saw through structural changes to our home which were both insightful and changed the entire dynamic of our three bedroom townhouse. They managed a complex and multifaceted renovation, making each step easy for us to understand and envisage without any surprises.nOur living area has been transformed to allow for three eating areas as opposed to the original one small dining area. I was lucky to find Siobhan from Perfect Plan when limited by time, for the renovation of my house in Ashfield. We had to decide if we could complete it in time for an upcoming marketing campaign and sale. She assured me it would be done. Everything flowed smoothly, she responded to any changes in our plan without panic and the renovations were completed without complication. Every tradesperson she used was professional and courteous. Mick did a fantastic job on a new kitchen and other bits and pieces, communicating with me throughout. All came into budget and I was left time to organise all the other things I needed to. My experience with Siobhan and Perfect Plan Project Management was outstanding. We needed a large amount of concreting and some gates installed. Siobhan met us, discussed options and put some thought into what changes we might need to make to improve our initial ideas. The jobs were completed on time and the trades she used, were very professional. I will be using her again for other projects and highly recommend her services.
