Zen Soul Life

I have been a member of Zen Soul Life for 8 years. Madonna is an incredibly dedicated, authentic and experience yoga teacher. Madonna and her team of teachers offer a range of classes, both outdoors and indoors at a private studio, in multiple locations on the Northern Gold Coast as well as retreats. There are also online classes and programs. A membership is the most cost effective way to take advantage of all that Zen Soul Life offers.nMadonna and her team of teachers seem to know what their students need. Every practise is different, tailored to the students needs and mandatory for my physical and mental health. The classes are enhanced with meditation, massage, music and essential oils. Each class is a yoga ‘journey’ and ‘experience’.

Zen Soul Life has been a beautiful experience. I came out of hospital weak and feeble. In six months I have regained strength stamina peace joy laughter and hope. I can't imagine life without this wonderful community of amazing souls.

I completed 21 days of online Yoga with Madonna & Zen Soul Life, it was everything & more, I learnt so much which I have put into practice with ease & grace. Madonna's way of teaching is beautiful & rewarding 5***** to you.

Best yoga place on the Gold Coast . Madonna and her teachers are amazing ! Meeting under the trees at Paradise Park with a bunch of lovely people for yoga has been my routine for quite a while , I highly recommend to join our friendly little community of yogis .
