Saw a post below mentioning Trudy and sleep apnoea equipment. I went in Friday afternoon after seeing the big display out the front. I wanted to buy a new mask and some filters for my machine. I was rudely brushed by the first staff member who sent me to prescriptions who then told me to come and see Trudy wed. On sat I went back hoping there was someone with some form of intelligence. No luck after 30 mins and me explaining every possible thing I wss again told Trudy works wed and they would get her to call? Why display items at tge front of your store and not train staff in at least where the stock is?

So much cheaper than Helensvale chempro. .nNo issues with staff.nOnly been a couple times but will be my new regular when chemist warehouse is not convenient.

Bad customer service! I wanted to do a sleep apnoea test you guys advertise heavy on radio recently so I dropped into the store. I was told Trudy was who I need to speak to however she had stepped out and my name and details where taken. One week goes by and still no call so I called and the same thing happened, Trudy has stepped out and will call back. Another two days go by and this time my third attempt. I call and asked to speak to Trudy and the same excuse. I said I would appreciate a call back ASAP as this is the third attempt. Well the employee who answered the call had no compassion or care for that, she couldn’t have been any ruder. This could have been a $1500+ sale you guys made on a cpap machine however after this experience I’m certainly taking my business elsewhere. Someone is spending money on advertising this service you offer and in turn the owner expects a return in sales. Employees at this store I suggest you stop burning the leads your getting.

Would not have even given 1 star but that was the lowest I could go ,nI was in there today 16/4/20n& when I asked staff member for help she was very rude I then needed to go to the medical centre attached & the receptionist there was just as rude & while I was waiting to see the nurse the same staff member from Blooms came in & her & the receptionist talked derogatory about another patient for me to hearnDefinitely will not go backnBut well done Taylor ( nurse) who was lovely & friendly & knew her job
