From the moment we stepped into the store to the end of installation, nothing but top notch service and quality. Had a good experience with buying our carpets and hybrid flooring. Fady, in store, gave us in depth details of the products, Andrew came to measure and quote. He was very informative of the products and explained the laying process, very friendly and well mannered. A pleasure to deal with. Have no hesitation in recommending this business.

I would like to say thank you to Fadi and the team at Burleigh Carpet Call. Outstanding service. The layers did a great job and were on time. A couple of spots I wasn’t happy with. They fixed immediately. I’ll be back when I need the next renovation done.

It was a late very wet Sunday afternoon but Marouan still came out to give me a quote. He was very polite and obliging. He explained the whole process of the quote and certainly knows his job. Did not rush me at all. Seemed to know exactly what I was looking for.
