Really great service, knowledgeable staff and well priced flooring of all sorts.

I had a situation where I required urgent assistance in getting flooring and due to showrooms having little to no stock was at wits end. Had started at the top of kortum dve and want to every flooring place looking for assistance. When I got to world carpets I experienced SERVICE that was far above any other showroom. Gray (salesman) was so attentive. He listened to what I needed and thought of all options. Suggestions were numerous. He had a can do attitude and was genuine. I can not thank Gray enough for his service as this is something you don't seem to get often I will forever recommend world carpets due to his outstanding service. Thank you so much. Btw pricing is very competitive also.
WARNING: Do not use this company!!! I was given a quote and paid the $630 deposit the same day. No body showed up on the day of installation which I had taken off work. I had tenants moving and had to organise another company which did a great job and were reliable and trustworthy. I have since been trying to get my $630 deposit back from World Carpets for 2 months and have had to use legal representation and refer to the ACCC to assist as the company has not corrpoerate via email or phone. This company is a scam!
