Wide range flooring products there are always enough staff available for help. Got our flooring and carpet from Ben Clear at great price. A bit of delay in delivery but not his fault. Ben called me a day after the delivery to make sure everything was in good order. Great company and staff. Highly recommend.
Good in store experience, however once 1000s had been spent, follow up service was poor. Numerous bumps and lines in carpet, eventually got someone out to have a look...turns up at 6am, doesnt even introduce himself...states cant do much and leaves. Pretty sad outcome from what i initially thought was going to be a good experience.
(From my mum)nWe had marine-grade carpet laid on our outdoor area from Carpet Court. However, we had an issue with our carpet such that it required replacing. We spoke to Brendon at the Burleigh Heads branch and he handled everything. Brendon liaised with the supplier to replace the carpet; he organised the warranty claim; and the laying of the new carpet. The carpet layers were so efficient, it was done without any fuss. We highly recommend Brendon to anyone wishing to organise their flooring. His customer service was exceptional.
I couldn't recommend Ben and the team at Carpet Court more! I asked for a quote one day, he was out measuring up the next and we booked for 2 weeks later - all in December and before Christmas! Great guy and great service!
