Awesome experience with the team at Cymbal Kitchens. Requested a quote for a flatpack job and they were super quick and efficient getting back to me. Had my entire order in a few days and the team even loaded it into the car for me. I also received a follow up to ensure everything was to my standard. Very professional and a very competitive price. They supplied and installed our kitchen. Very happy with the kitchen, but disappointed at lack of response to emails requesting their service to fix hinged door which has dropped considerably and scraping on bench top. They have not replied to emails which have been read . Very poor show
George was a pleasure to meet. He was the only company that sat me down and asked about specifics in regards to the design I was after. The fitters arrived on time and had the kitchen installed within the day. I'll be happy to recommend cymbal kitchens to anyone.
I am the most fussy person on the planet. I am also a sculpture artist working in timber and cymbal kitchens build extremely fine and accurate joinery. Not only am I satisfied but this company builds beautiful kitchens I would highly recommend.
