I so love Bake Boss Gold Coast. Danielle and the girls are just absolutely amazing. Every time I go there they are always offering me helpful advice on my baking projects. I am so looking forward to do their classes.
The 1 star would be for the products only. The Staff have Terrible service. I was in the store with 3 other people, one man was ordering a cake and the others were happy browsing. From the time I entered the shop looked around and needed to ask for help, not 1 of the 3 people working there said a word to me. I then waited at the counter for several mins for some help and the staff just looked at me and ignored me. My 58 year old mum was going to take it upon herself to find a ladder in the shop to help me get what I needed. Absolutely terrible service, If you don't know exactly what you need, don't even bother with this place. Try Lollipop Cake Supplies or Cakers Warehouse.
Terrible customer service. Rude staff, I’d prefer to spend more money at a different supply place then go back there again.

Have no idea about cake decorating but needed a dog themed cake at short notice. Emailed a photo of my dog and ten minutes it was printed onto edible icing..so easy.
