Firstly! Kamila the customer service representative was so genuine and friendly and operated only with the customers best intentions in mind. Tim was our technician, who was on time and very friendly. He gave the most thorough inspection before he tackled the pests at hand. This company is honestly the best money can buy. I had the pleasure of having Control Pest Control conduct my yearly pest maintenance at my house, Niki, the owner, explained over the phone to me on what to expect on the day with great detail and that brought me a lot of comfort to know that everything was covered.
