Clean toilets, food looked good and staff very nice!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am normally a loyal customer of bp and have been for years but am really taken back by how terribly I was treated by the lady serving me today, I may have to rethink where my loyalties lie. I am truly disgusted.

Absolutely shocking customer service, asked for a commonly known coffee and the lady at the register snapped and yelled at me, saying they don’t sell it here, they only sell what’s on the board (it was on the board), and as I walked away snapped at my partner and said rudely if she wants a fancy coffee go somewhere else.nA couple people around me saw the incident and even came up to me saying that she was incredibly rude and out of line. BP should really take closer care into who they hire and focus on customer services more.
