Amazing people who own and run the gym as my daughter has just started CrossFit for kids and she is thoroughly enjoying it. They are very welcoming, very very interactive and engaging with the kids, and also very inclusive. I cannot recommend this more highly for any parents wanting send their children to their CrossFit kids program.
Inclusive, everyone is made to feel welcome , Importance is placed on teaching correct technique ,excellent coaches and Great Members.

Exceptional instructors and great vibes in this gym. Very attentive when it comes to injury prevention which I value a lot. A great place to get fit!
