F45 Training Carina

No better way to start your day! From beginners to super fit this is hands down the best way I have found to stay in shape. Awesome energy and knowledge from the highly skilled trainers. Always encouraging, supportive and eager to help you achieve your fitness goals. No class is ever boring. It'll feel like home from the first time you take a step inside the studio.

Who knew that it would be this late in life that I found my fitness home! Love the studio, the crew, the members and even the pain that often follows. I really think the difference between here and other gyms is a sense of belonging and commitment that I haven't found before. Being booked into a class ensures I follow through and the trainers make sure it is worth it while I am there. Best decision ever!

F45 came recommended by a friend to me.nI’ve just relocated to Brisbane and have had a few months (like many) with limited exercise.nLast week I decided to do a free trial with my local F45 Carina. I’ve lucked out as it’s a great gym run by a friendly team who are there to guide you with supportive other gym goers to boot. You don’t have to be super fit. Everyone can go their own pace.nDefinitely worth a try in my books!

Signed up with a friend trying F45 Carina out for the first time, and I can't believe how welcoming and helpful everyone is. I absolutely love the classes and the trainers always pushing me to do better. Super motivating having such a welcoming team keeping me accountable. Could not recommend more!

If I could give F45 Carina more than 5 stars I would! I've been a member of many gyms, including a few other F45's in my time but this is the first gym that has made me feel welcome, that I'm not just a number. The trainers are incredible, you'll pick up on that from the minute you attend your first session! We've told the trainers that they can never leave haha BUT it's more than just having amazing trainers.. The vibe at Carina is thanks to the amazing community that they've been able to create and that's a credit to everyone!
