The service was great, the flooring offered is high quality. I purchased my flooring and decided later that I want Browns Plains Flooring Xtra to do the install. Dallas was very helpful, came to my property to look at what needed to be done and recommended a extra box because we short measured. The installer did a splendid job, he finished two rooms in a couple of hours, which would have taken us days to do! The pricing for the install was fair and I would highly recommend Browns Plains Flooring Xtra if you are looking to purchase and install. Thank you Browns Plains Flooring Xtra team!

Our family is very pleased with both the quality of the carpet and the professionalism of the staff and floor layers. There were circular walls, steps and angles to cut, yet the carpet looks absolutely seamless and flawless. Cuts were minimised and we cannot find where there carpet joins are with the quality of carpet and expert carpet laying. Grateful for the great work. Be sure to pay extra to have the floor vacuumed when the old carpet is removed, or vacuum yourself, as it is incredible how much dirt and dust falls through the carpet and nice to have it all clean prior to laying the new carpet.

Fantastic service and quality flooring. Dallas from Browns Plains is knowledgeable and educates his customers on each choice to allow them to make the best decision for their property. As a first home buyer and renovator this was extremely beneficial for me and my fiancé and we couldn't recommend Dallas and the Flooring Xtra team more.

Dallas came out and quoted for our commercial office. We had quite a few changes in size / colour and style we wanted however Dallas was very patient and incredibly great with his communication and helping our needs. Would definitely recommend to people for their homes or business.

I spoke to Tanya and Ben instore and arranged for a measure and quote...Dallas was very easy to talk to and a great help when it came to working out the best carpet laying configuration for our house...We were after Panel blinds as well and were pleased with the range of textures and colours... Dallas made the whole process simple and we couldn't be happier.. Flooring Xtra were highly recommended to us by a friend - and we also would highly recommend them to anyone
