Contacted Concierge last Wednesday as my washing machine was leaking water, the repair guy came on Thursday but the machine couldn't be repaired. The machine has been replaced at no cost to me and was delivered today. 8 days from first phone call to delivery, great service, highly recommend.

Friendly staff
We were approached today in a gentle way... something I was happy with. Often the sales team are forceful and don't listen to our needs. Today was great .... we went in knowing what we were purchasing and gained clear guidance and information relating to our purchase.
Great service, very helpful and polite friendly staff. Wasn't standing around waiting for service, very prompt,and acknowledge your presence and commented that someone would be attending to me shortly
