Rude and unhelpful. No goodwill and spirit. If there is nothing in it for them they will dismiss you. They carry the corporate name, but clearly if it does not benefit them directly they have no interest in even giving 5 minutes back, for the greater good of the group. I will share my opinion to local friends, so will also loose their business if they ever need tiles in such a competitive market.
Great team lead by Scott and Melanie. They were super helpful when getting ideas and planning a Reno, plus you have the bonus of being able to deal with the owners, who want the best outcomes for you. Will definitely be back for future Reno jobs.
Lovely experience in shop. We were greeted with smiles and staff were very helpful in guiding us with tile selection for our bathroom renovations. There was a massive display of tiles which was helpful as I'm a visual person.
The staff are extremely nice and really helpful! Both Scott and Mel helped with tile selection (as I had no idea where to start) and gave me a really good deal. Will definitely be back!
