Very Professional place where my daughter trains towards her sporting goals. The coaches are very personable and always give great feedback. A very positive and motivating centre for strength conditioning training.
really good, the coaches are really helpful with explaining the exercises and the gym while small accounts for everything you would need. highly recommend.
