One Body Studio

Knowing Vanessa now for a few years and her passion for creating a special space to exercise - in and out- One Body Studio really has it all. What a great space to work out and what a warm space that calms already the mind as you enter the pilates room. I loved the reformer class and am highly recommending this very different gym as it is warm and personable and professional.

One Body Studio has such a personal warmth to it, the owner greets you by name and definitely the prettiest gym design I have been to. The pilatus classes are great!

I feel at home - lots of older women which I feel comfortable with. Very attentive instructors. Could not be happier. Ive found my gym!
