I have been lucky enough to train at both this gym and Dundees other gym in West End. You will not find more engaging trainers within a boxing setting in brisbane. Often you will be trained by an actual amateur boxer and potentially a sparring partner or training partner of Jeff 'the horner' Horn. Dundee is actually Jeffs stength and conditioning coach. The people at this gym walk the walk not just talk the talk. Its inviting for anyone of any age. I have seen women over 70 years of age and children with mental or learning disabilities also hit the pads. If you want to learn the sweet science or shed a few kilos this is the gym to go to. A fabulous and inviting atmosphere.
