This place is fantastic. Welcoming, friendly, challenging and a great regular session for me. Classes are diverse, varied and affordable.nGood basic equipment - clean and well maintained. Ticks all the boxes.nI'd not done a regular class at the gym years, but am really glad I signed up. I'm doing mobilityfit and loving it.

Affordable and supportive not-for-profit community gym. Focused especially on 'older' women and those recovering from health issues. Group training to increase strength, balance and fitness in a hard-working but fun environment. All very welcome and this is the best gym ever!

So much love for this community gym. If you don’t like gyms but want to look after your health and fitness then this is the place for you. Warm and friendly, they make everyone feel welcome, no matter your level of fitness. Real group training with trainers who can cater exercises to your needs.

Newly opened and from what I can gather this is the only community small group training entity in Salisbury. Run by locals for locals. If you don't like or don't feel comfortable at a chain gym, then give these guys a shout.
