Great yoga studio that is both inclusive and friendly. It’s hard to find welcoming yoga studios that cater for older guys that ride bikes! Amber Tree has been awesome! Check them out.
A lovely experience right from the get go. From calling Amy and asking for information right to the class with Anna.nA very welcoming, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be going back... tomorrow!
Amy knows how to create a great workout. She offers a variety of movements that are unusual and highly effective. Can’t recommend enough . One of the best Pilates class I ever attended.
This is our go to Yoga studio to refer to from Barefoot Physiotherapy. Thanks for having such a great vibe guys and being so switched on!
