Ellen has a passion for Pilates unlike any teacher I've known. Her in-depth knowledge of the human body and intuitive approach combined with a genuine interest in her students means a finely tuned class for every individual.nnWith several past injuries to manage, I particularly appreciate Ellen's ability to explain precisely how the muscles and bones should activate in each exercise, and importantly, which ones should be relaxed.nnThe home studio is well-equipped and small classes mean plenty of reformer time.
