After having kids and getting a dad bod it has been a great experience getting back into it with the friendly professional team at Movve.nnThe gym creates a community vibe allowing you to feel comfortable and fit in quickly.nnIf you want to improve on your fitness or even just feel like some time away from your kids go to Movve!

Movve goes above and beyond what other gyms provide in their services. The programs are high quality and with class sizes kept to a smaller number, the trainers are able to offer better support in regards to training and correct techniques. Totally child friendly, perfect place for mums to train and get the best quality support from not just the trainers but other members. You won’t find a better program on the Sunshine Coast than at Movve

Cannot recommend Movve enough!! Awesome gym, awesome coaches who genuinely care about you and your wellbeing and a great atmosphere. Very supportive environment that will 100% bring the best out in you!

Truly the best thing I ever did was join Movve. They have helped me post-children and have gone above and beyond to guide me with things I never thought I could do in the gym before!
