Baldivis stores grooming team is superb. My husky was cleaned, groomed and nails clipped for an awesome price. Also was able to get an appointment at a moments notice.

Always very friendly and knowledgeable staff who make themselves available as often as possible. Great place to go was the dog too with a coin operated dog was with warm water and blow dryer; this is always clean and well maintained. And the pooch likes it coz the staff usually sneaks him a treat or two (after checking her doesn't have allergies of course 😋 ).

Dog had a wash and groom. Excellent service. Staff were lovely and so knowledgeable. Definitely recommend

My daughter and I went into the Baldivis store around 11.30am today Wednesday 28th October. We choose a dog bed, puppy food and a dog tag, When we walked to the checkout two members of staff were having a bit of an argument regarding a phone call the male employee had taken. They didn’t stop as we stood there waiting for them to notice us or at least say something, they were very unprofessional in there manner. The woman was called Peta, my daughter went to get a tag that needed printing and Peta just stood there watching us and not asking if we needed help with the machine. Another younger girl helped and was very friendly and chatted to us regarding our purchases, telling us about her two dogs she has. Overall I was very dissatisfied with Peta and how unprofessional her manner was, to not even acknowledge a customer was very rude.

As always, smiling faces make homely impression.
