Went to get a quote on a transponder key for 2005 Mazda MX5.nQuoted $350 for a single key while others quoted $185 to $249.nShowed him my original key, as key holder was getting loose, so he puts LOCKTITE on it!! This in fact sealed the unit and allowed permanent contact with the battery, causing battery to expire B4 due. Any professional knows NOT TO USE GLUE of any type on the key holder.nTo replace battery needed to pry open keyholder, causing some damage.nDo not use this business...they do not know what they are doing.
