Where do I start, I walked into touch with a totally unusual request. After long consultations we came up with a solution. Touch Flooring worked hand in hand with our builder and then International design carpet company. I knew I was in good hands. In the end Touch Flooring were the driving force to see the project through. Not once did I not have faith with their service. Their eye for detail and ownership of a project is not seen often within the industry.

Such an amazing team. From our first meeting where I had no clue about carpets, the help I received understanding it all from Chris to the check ins with Sam. The whole process has been so smooth. Chris comes & quotes on the carpet and lays the carpet. Very professional. Sammy in the shop is very helpful & on the ball. We found a carpet style elsewhere & Touch were happy to supply that carpet at a better price. Very happy with the whole process, the service was impeccable. Supporting local business.
