F45 Training Cleveland

Cleveland F45 is more of a community than a gym. Never met a nicer and more welcoming bunch of people. Trainers are amazing and will always push you to do your best but also cater to your personal needs. I couldn't recommend joining this team enough!!!!

First gym I've been 100% committed to training at for a lengthy period of time, and it's due to the great instructors! No matter your fitness level, this is the perfect place to be. It's the kind of community that makes beginners feel totally comfortable, while pushing more advanced people to their limits.

Third year training at this studio and have seen huge changes in my lifestyle as a result. The trainers get to know your capabilities and ensure you are putting in your all every session. Highly recommend hiit training at F45 to all!
