Purchased a few items at the recent 30% sale. Emily was a great help. Her service was awesome. She even helped me carry items across the carpark and genuinely chatted the whole way. My Staffy wasn't back with me until the day after the sale and when I tried the new winter jacket on her it was a little tight. I exchanged it the next day. The female staff member that assisted was awesome. She checked the fit on my dog and gave her a treat. It was obvious she likes dogs and my furry friend was stoked to see her.nKeep up the great work Pet Stock Keperra.

Had a great experience in store today with Therese. She helped me get an amazing bargain on my dog's food. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, I had a fantastic shopping trip thanks to Therese.

Nevana who does the pooch grooming is outstanding. Take 2 very furry border collies and she does an amazing job! genuinely loves dogs! highly recommend.

Visited the store Saturday afternoon with my daughter to buy her first fish. She was so excited. Picked out the fish. Went to the counter to ask for help, I was told there was only two clerks in the store and couldn’t help. Dealt with a very sad daughter, crying “she wouldn’t let me have my fish”. Unreal. Disgusting.
