I have been using mum and bubba bootie camp for a few years now. Its a fantastic place to be able to build and track my fitness progression while still being able to have my children around as they never settled well in creche. The classes are at a great time so i can still get my older son to school. I love that different days we work on different skills and like that charleen motivates you to push yourself that bit more each week (its what i definitely need). Great place to go to get fit!! Highly recommend

In my first month at boot camp I lost 36cm! Char helped me with my food choices and motivated me the whole way she checked to see if I had abdominal separation which I did and she fixed it with some special exercises, I no longer get back pain and have loads more energy, char is great with the kids/babies they love to go to boot camp and play with the toys provided there is always something different for the kids to do playdough, drawing teddie bears picnic they have loads of fun

I started training with Char and the ladies 2.5 years ago (7 months pregnant with our 2nd).nI have continued traning through my third pregnancy and am now getting back into full intensity workouts (11 weeks post partum) and am surprised at how much fitness I have retained!nChar has continuously monitored me and tailored my workouts at Booticamp to my body's requirements. Without her help I probably would have done damage to my body.nI like being able to vary the intensity of the workout so even if I've had a disastrous morning with the kids or I'm feeling unwell I can still go to Booticamp and feel better for having done the best I can.nI love being able to have MY time but have the kids with me, not having to worry about childcare or babysitters.nChar and the regular ladies are all normal, real mums who don't have anything to prove and we all help each other out, someone has always been there and done that so they make a great support resource for mums at any stage.
