I had to give it one star to get on here. zero star would be more suitable. A disgusting branch to have to deal with. They make constant errors without wanting to correct them. The staff are extreamly rude and unhelpful. Cassandra the manager is arrogant and looks down at you as though you are worthless. They have no training in customer relations. They are by far the worst branch that I have ever dealt with before.

This is the lowest rating. If I could it would be zero. I ordered foreign currency and had to wait ages after being served for them while they went off and served other customers leaving me forgotten about. I had to ask what was going on before they got back to me and actually finished serving me !. Then I go to cash in the spare currency and three, yes THREE ppl can't even log into their system ! totally wasting my time again and simply left as I had an appointment. Don't these ppl realise we have work / lives as well and can't afford to wait around for ages.. Hopeless is far too polite for this branch. The lady who served me both times is way out of her depth, obviously part of the cost cutting of this crying poor multi-billion profit organisation is to hire staff with absolutely no training.
