I bought a block of knife today at House Morayfield. Michael who assisted me was very knowledgeable. The customer service was excellent. The girl who came to our conversation was out of approached. I said I wanted a black colour as I saw it was on sale but no stocks. The girl said to me ‘ NO STOCKS’ and the way she treated me a bit demanding and does not know how to talk with customer. Anyhow, I just ignored her and Michael did continue explaining the differences and how I use it. Overall, my first time to step in the house store was a very pleasant experience, not just being happy with customer service but I bought a knife that is enough for my basic kitchen needs and above all it was a bargain price. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family about the House store in Morayfield. Thanks

Shopped at house morayfield on Saturday, some great gift ideas there atm. Walked away with quite a few lovely pieces for gifts and didn’t break the bank;) it was quite busy at the time and the poor girl working the floor was run off her feet while there was a male who only worked the register and wouldn’t leave the counter when I approached him. Oh well maybe he was a new employee. All in all the sales girl managed to sell me some beautiful gifts for the gran kiddies . Will definitely shop again.

A lovely range of mugs, cutting board, cheese boards, tea pots, oven mitts and more. Can be pricey with the occasional bargain.

What is the point in having Staff if all they want to do is talk in the back storeroom whilst I was seeking service. Sunday 27 October. Hence no sale from me and never again. Terrible service considering there was none given!
