ARC Surveys lodged an application for us to build a new structure. After council received the application we were forced into a purpose of use change for the property which required a copious number of applications and documents, along with multiple responses to information requests. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about planning law and had a good relationship with council. She was friendly, forthright and conducted research where it was appropriate. Just about everything was handled over the phone or by email which meant that we didn't have waste time going to meetings and in the end we ended up with the best result.
