Ross has a deep & rich understanding of yogic practice that he uses to tailor his classes to individual skill levels. I love Ross's classes especially love his wonderful yoga nidra meditations.

I have attended Ross classes for a while now after having practiced various Yoga variations overseas. Even though I still practice by myself I always look forward to his classes. They are never the same or repetitive, but always follow a vision and approach of consciousness. And they are both physically and mentally rewarding. Highly recommended if you want to give Yoga a try. Some level of fitness is advisable.
