It definitely needs new air conditioning system put in and actually use it for staff and customers. Can management stop putting money before customers and actually have more staff on especially after school hours and weekends. Most of the time one checkout open with five big trolleys waiting. More staff called over speaker and no one comes up to front end. Under staff too many times.
Go there mostly for my shop. Stock levels need to be better as I get the feeling the automatic ordering dosnt work. Self service area could be a lot larger but my concerns about this are never addressed. Is a very clean store and the staff are pleasant
Just another supermarket, bakery has gone to the bottom of the hill. Nothing is freshly baked, it done somewhere else, we wanted some fresh crispy bread and hot dog buns everything was soft and yucky.
What a joke, this is the worst coles. Half my items are out of stock. More actually. Trolly was missing bars and my food kept falling out. Had to go collect it from around the store. Then I tried serving myself, machine was useless. Needed the poor girl to fix it 9 times! Fun times.
Got to love getting home with your click and collect to find they have given you products past their used by date!
