I was disappointed with the lack of items on the shelves at the time but I do understand that can happen. My biggest disappointment was the complete disregard of customers at the self service check out where the lady attending it was very rude and impolite to not just myself but 2 other checkout customers, she needs to change her attitude. I always use self service and have always had a helpful and happy Coles customer attendant but this was really unacceptable. Otherwise visit was good.
Good sized Coles, covered all our needs with quite a few good specials as well. Enough checkout staff which was a plus. Undercover parking was great.
Ideal if you're in Yeppoon on holiday. It's walkable, there is plenty of parking, the store is great and well stocked, no queues at the checkout. Heartily recommend!
Staff & management does the best they can...Yeppoon store is small in comparison to others. Having said that, I get everything I need here.
