Melissa is the best yoga teacher I've ever had. Not only is Melissa a yoga teacher, she also teaches her students about holistic health and wellbeing. She genuinely cares about each individual and aims to tailor the classes to everyone's needs. If students have any specific problems such as lower back, neck or shoulder pain, Melissa will ensure to incorporate exercises and stretches into the yoga class to address these issues. She is attentive, experienced and a fantastic instructor. Highly recommend!

Signed up for meditation classes and I am loving it. Lying on the floor practising my deep belly breathing is such a calming way to end every day. Can't say enough good things. Love Love Love Melissa's studio and flexible times to enjoy yoga classes as well.
