Yesterday I went to Coles at Mareeba with my girlfriend around 14.10 pm after finishing my job and wearing high vestnnat the self service when I scanned chicken bbq suddenly the system was error need to call assistant to help... one of staff came to me and fixed it and while i was picking it in the bag she said ' Nooooo' with her voice not really nice.nnThen I kept continuing scanning others my stuff but she still walked around us and looked at us like we're stealing something.nnuntil we weighed bananas then she approached us and talked to us that we took it quickly need more time to weigh ( with her voice not nice) otherwise the weight is change but we sure we saw how much the weigh and the price showed on the screen before took it in our bug but she took it back and deleted banana item and weighed it again, the result was the same weight and same price I weighed. then she walked to a woman who wearing Coles shirt was paying her stuffs and talked a bout us I forgot the words she said ( I m not 100 percent good in Eng) then I walked to them and wanted to explain what happened.nni still weighed my stuff and ignored her until she said ' you need to go home' and said more............... I don't know what she said morennWe are not satisfied to here about that sentence it seems like discrimination.nnshe was trying to made herself innocent and impute us she spoke for everyone to hear that she was trying to help us dont be rude to her !!!nnafter we finished we walked out still saw her talked to the another about usnnwe have been here for 1 year and we know how to do self-service just something the system error or something mistakes need to call assistant. We're unhappy what about happened to us.

The place it's self is good with hand sanitizer ad you walk in and wipes for the trolley.nThere is some staff who aren't too friendly and a trolley person who yells at customers.nHowever there are some really friendly staff who are easy to talk to and know their stuff.

They sell food. Vital for survival.
