I wasn't very familiar with how important my emotions, feelings and everyday actions affected my physical body. Urja has done an amazing job at making me aware about the mind and body connection which has put me on a path to recovery like no other physio has! Definitely the best Physio in town! Urja is an amazing physiotherapist. I went to her with shoulder and upper arm pain that I had for a couple for a months and from just one session I had a huge improvement - to virtually no pain! She is very knowledgeable and in general a great person. Go see her if you want to be pain free!

I love the From Within Physiotherapy process. I feel it is a deeper physiotherapy experience that seeks to understand and heal the core of the injury/issue. Urja has been my physio for over a year, while I have been doing lots of different and intense exercise, leading to the occasional injury. I have been helped to not only rehab those injuries, but 'prehab' and make myself more resilient to associated issues, letting me get back to doing all the things I love. Would highly recommend.

Urja's holistic approach that ties together the physical, mental and metaphysical always leaves you feeling healed on all levels and empowered to look after yourself over the long term. Have never come across and "treatment" like this before. I have referred several friends and family to her.

Urja is friendly and helpful! Within Physiotherapy has helped me greatly with my neck and hip/lower back issues. Highly recommend!
