Incredibly professional and friendly staff. Made the whole experience from start to finish an enjoyable, comfortable process and can guarantee their quality work. Will only be using Western Dental Fremantle in future for any of my dental requirements.

Had a great experience getting a general checkup here! The staff were professional & answered all my questions. The receptionist was also lovely to deal with when I needed to move my appointment.

A wonderful family orientated practice that most definitely has your best interest as their number one priority. Dr Sue goes above and beyond for all her patients as if they were her own family.

As someone who tends to avoid the dentist like a plague, I have been pleasantly surprised to find myself looking forward to visits with Dr Sue. The practice itself is tidy and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere each time I attend. Zoe is such a lovely receptionist, making sure that my payment goes through smoothly every time and breaks down the cost if I get a little confused sometimes but does it all with a friendly, kind attitude. Dr Sue is an incredible specialist! She is polite, gentle and has an eye for detail that I've yet to find anywhere else. She is thorough without needing to spend a copious amount of time with me each visit and if ever I need a follow up she explains everything in a way that prevents me from feeling stressed between appointments. Although Sue has been on leave for a few weeks, it's not been an issue because I know that if anything were to come up that the amazing team of qualified, competent specialist would help me in any way that I needed. I also love the convenience of being able to book, review, reschedule and cancel appointments using HealthEngine. I'm not sure if it's possible to use other apps or websites like HotDoc, but being able to see a break down of every possible appointment with each specialist can be really helpful when planning your week. This is something I am used to having access to with my general practitioner, but dental practices rarely seem to implement this feature. I would highly recommend heading to Western Dental the if you're looking for a new dental practice. You will not be disappointed!
