Several of our family members and two staff from my grandmothers aged care home received outrageously rude and unprofessional treatment from the receptionist and dentist here. Luckily we dodged a bullet and found a wonderful dentist in Fremantle who treated us with kindness and offered to work out of hours to help us which we were very grateful for. Thank you to Mouth Works Fremantle and shame on you to the Fremantle Government Dental Clinic for your inability to behave professionally and with some compassion.

If I could post a negative star rating I would. I have never, in my entire life, received such grossly negligent treatment as I did at this clinic. What's even more disappointing, is when you lodge a formal complaint because you have suffered irreversible damage at the hands of a Senior Clinician, you are treated with utter contempt. Two years on and I still have no resolution to the damage that has been done. I very strongly recommend that you take particular note of the name of who treats you and when. The Senior Clinician at this practice got away with everything she did to me, and if it's happened once then its a sure bet it's happened before and will happen again. Two years down the track and I am still suffering from the gross negligence at this Dental Clinic.

Good luck finding the place. Posted address says it's at the st John ambulance. It's actually at 12 holdsforth st and the corner of parry. Told them that their phone lines weren't on either. The reply was "well they're on now, try now".

Excellent dental service - no frills. For people on a lower income, you may be eligible for a significant discount and emergency care.
