I had a very positive experience in a recent experience with AB Physiotherapist, Jenny Woods. I had previously had numerous trips to a chiro' in the area to sort out upper back issues, with no luck. One trip to AB Physio produced a massive improvement to the point that I could resume all normal activities. There was no pressure for return visits like many practices - that was left to me. I had also seen Aurelie Blumann some years ago with similar satisfaction. I can confidently recommend this practice. They know their stuff!
They always fix me up. On time always, polite staff.
The GLA:D exercise classes are proving extremely beneficial and my walking has improved already after only four weeks. The range of exercises has been tailored to my needs and I am very happy with the results
