Had an appointment at the beginning of COVID so was Telehealth. Never got a call back or any info emailed to me. But definitely got charged for the appointment regardless of service I received. Disappointed as George Street Physiotherapy was highly recommend to me. Doctor new what she was talking about. Shame service provides wasn’t as good as her knowledge.
