Had an absolutely amazing experience here. After managing crisis after crisis for over 3 years, after seeing James for 5 weeks this injury has become a non-issue. James really saw through the issue and addressed the cause, so refreshing after years of practitioners only able to manage the flare ups. Thank you!! I’d highly recommend!

James has helped me recover from several late-career rugby injuries, including post-surgery. He is exceedingly capable, and the gym at his clinic is extremely useful in terms of rehab.

After visiting many physiotherapists with ongoing back pain, I visited James who took the time to listen to my issues. James rigorously assessed my pain and provided a number of options for strengthening my back. This helped me understand how I can manage the pain without the need for medication. I'd highly recommend James and his services

He's obviously very knowledgeable but is able to speak to you in a manner you will understand. I always know I'm in safe hands with James.

Last year James helped me with the second half of my rehab from the full rupture of one of my ankle ligaments, helping me gain confidence in the ankle so that I could return to the rugby pitch without fear of re-injury. His service was efficient, friendly and incredibly professional. Importantly, he isn't in the game to fleece you of your cash. I have since played numerous games of rugby, football and basketball without a twinge so the proof is in the pudding! Thanks again James
