Wow it has been 3 months now with ongoing unresponsive emails about a refund. Stop making it so hard i bet people get charged if they dont pay your office but when we want money back you make it so difficult

Absolutely useless. I have registered to see a few apartments that they represent and FOUR times in a row they have rescheduled or cancelled the same property's inspection times (extremely last minute as well!) They don't ever SMS, only email. I live 50+ minutes from the CBD and each time have had to schedule time off from work. Extremely unprofessional and clearly shows they have no respect for other's time.

Honestly, they are really unprofessional, Caitlin is just plain up rude by not replying emails and not updating the property's layout with new pictures even though they said its going to be updated.

Craig is extremely rude and dodgy and his management shows in the service you recieve from this company
