DB Dental, Mandurah

Very disappointed in the service. I had an extraction and needed a new partial plate. I had the receptionist book an appointment for me to have the impressions done in Rockingham. Attended for that appointment and was advised that no appointment had been made. The staff member didn't acknowledge or apologise for her mistake in not making the appointment, they then fit me in the following day back at Mandurah, in August. I had the impressions done and was given a costing for a new partial plate. This was 3 times what I'd paid 4 years earlier at another dentist. It took me 2 weeks to decide which plate to go with. I then was called back as I had not had my teeth colour matched when the impressions were done and needed to return for this to be done. I work away doing covid screening and advised them of this. It was difficult to work within my work days, days off and the times they had available for me to attend. I even asked if I could send a selfie, lol or see another dentist to colour match. The plate would only hold my back teeth anyway. I was then phoned and told that I had to make an appt to get this done as Jeff, was "going to throw out my impressions". I was gobsmacked to be spoken to in such an unprofessional manner by a health care provider, for a service that I had paid for as well. I phoned head office last week to advise of how I felt, remembering that I had tried to be make alternative arrangements for the colour matching to be done. An appt was made for yesterday for 15 minutes to have the colour matching done, or so I thought, at Rockingham. I was phoned earlier than the appt time to advise that Jeff was running ahead of time if I wanted to come in. I could not go earlier so my appt was attended at 3.30 where I was treated like a naughty child who had done wrong, advised by Jeff that he had actually thrown out my impressions (as a consequence of ME not working within their time schedules I believe) and what did I want to do? At no time did he advise me when I entered the consult room that I was there for further impressions, he also mentioned my previous comment to staff in Mandurah of how my first plate was $300 at another dentist, why even mention that? I did state that I do work away and there were issues with attending a time that worked within their appts and my rosters and thanks for wasting my time! I could have been advised on the phone of the impressions being thrown out or any change in my treatment plan. Overall, I won't be going back to DB Dental or recommending their services to others and I've found my personal experience to be full of misscommunication and a waste of my time and fuel. This is my personal opinion and my feedback.

I am seventy one years old and would Never go to the Dentist but after fifty years of wear on my false teeth I had to have a new set made I was so scared to go but I chose DB Dental in Mandurah because it was close to where I live when I first went there I told the girl on the desk I was really scared of dentist and she said don't worry we will look after you and look after me they did had to have a tooth out they made me so relaxed I highly recommend Adam who was really wonderful and then I had to see Geoff well he made me awonderfull set of teeth which I have had now for three weeks I can't recommend them enough they are just wonderfully I would like to thank DB Dental Mandurah you are wonderful wonderful people 🙌🙌🙌

Highly recommend this dentist - I saw Dr Russel who was very thorough and friendly. All of their staff are welcoming, nice and helpful. I'll definitely come back again!!

I highly recommend DB Dental Mandurah the Admin girls are great very friendly, I had to have a tooth pulled and some other work done in the New Year and the Doctor/Nurse I had were`re absolutely fantastic. I have to get it done through the Govt which was no trouble at all. Thank you to everyone there will be going back in the future when I need other work done as well.

Greg was very patient, explains everything in detail and I was very pleased with the result.
