First visit and had such a great experience. Non judgemental and supportive staff. Would definitely recommend DB dental Baldivis.
What a shame . Db dental . I Am not happy at all . when I first walked in there was a person named . Debbie . she didn't welcome me in. she seen myself come in and just walked away . why the other receptions was busy with patient's . she clearly didn't want anything to do with no patients . I was watching her the whole time why I was there waiting for my Appointment. and she didn't serve 1 person at all why I was there waiting for my Appointment . I couldn't believed it. the dentist I seen on this day was every good . thank you that was the only best part about coming to Db dental and not to mention the Other staff that actually helped me!! . What a Shame.!!
Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone with younger kids, it's not just the dentists who are absolutely great with them but also all the ladies behind the reception desk, they are so helpful and seems like they are genuinely interested and determined to make it a fun experience for the youngsters 👍👍👍👍
Even though they are a bit out of my way I still choose to go back here. The staff are fantastic, non-judgmental and caring. No-one likes having their teeth done, but these guys make it a little bit easier. Thank you!
Had such a wonderful experience. Reception staff were amazing. I came with my partner and 4 yr old daughter and a newborn. The dentist I saw was Alsa and she was so lovely and educating.
