Appauling
Most of the time I call Consumer Affairs to help me resolve an issue (regarding the dishonest behaviour of the owner or employee of a company) I'm told to seek legal advice or to make an application to VCAT. Therefore, I don't think that the average 25-minute wait in order to speak to someone is worth it.
website give glowing reference that the justice centre is the place to go for consumer affair, did just that only to be given a phone number to ring, why doesn't the website just have the phone number listed and delete any reference to consumer affairs being at this location
